Project Title: Implementation of the BCOA-ME Faulting Model into a webtool

Objective/Abstract

The University of Pittsburgh provides the Mechanistic-Empirical Bonded Concrete Overlay over Asphalt (BCOA-ME) design guide in the form of a webtool. Recently, a model that predicts faulting development of BCOA was developed. The present project incorporated the faulting model into the webtool.
